Three Irish slides, which are fast jigs popular in the Sliabh Luiachra tradition. The first sounds a lot like "The Yellow Rose of Texas" and I have often speculated that this tune might be the source for that melody. The second I learned form the playing of the great Irish band Sliabh NOtes and the third is a modern composition by the Irish accordionist Sharon Shannon .
